GDB Holiday Giveaway: Win one of 3 sets of Holiday Cards from MOO

Screen shot 2011-12-27 at 11.25.24 PM

As many of you know, we don’t do giveaways very often at GDB, but when MOO contacted us, I was thrilled because I’ve always been a huge fan of their creative approach to printing. MOO has provided us with 3 sets of 25 MOO Holiday Cards for 3 of our readers.

MOO’s unique printing technology ‘printfinity’ allows you to place a different image on each card in a pack! This is an excellent way to show off a portfolio, designs or business. (Something I’ve been dying to try ever since I learned about it. Once I try it out, I’ll let you know how it went. If any of you have tried out their “printfinity” technology, leave a comment and let me know how it went for you!)

What’s up for grabs?

3 sets of 25 MOO Holiday cards designed by you, for you!

Beats headphones are a great gift for designers. Who doesn’t like to zone out and listen to their music. I personally am hoping for the pink ones. And the gadget I can’t live without is my iPhone/iPad. Have to have it with me at all times. :)

I would love a Wacom Tablet – I make do with my mouse but a Wacom would be awesome! BTW I have used MOO for biz cards and they are eye catching and beautiful. Thanks for the chance!

The drive/passion and energy for graphic design I had before becoming a professional — that would be an awesome gift, but a gift only I can give myself.

This probably isn’t going to happen for me since my husband hates everything clothing-related, but how cool would it be to be gifted a subscription to the Threadless 12club!? One artistic tee a month would be an awesome and regular boost of inspiration and style! Now if only my husband were reading this… ;)

I spouse I could always post this and “accidentally” leave the browser window open… ;)

I think the perfect holiday gift for a graphic designer would be a subscription to a favorite design magazine. The ones that come to mind are Before & After Magazine and How Magazine.

I love to find inspiration in creative magazines. A subscription to HOW, Print, Communication Arts or any other creative resources would be a great gift.

Last year, I ordered custom sticker sets from MOO using some of my favorite graphics. The process was easy (and fun!), the quality was top-notch, and the prices were extremely reasonable. Great stocking stuffers or thank-yous for clients and colleagues.

Other great gifts for designers and developers are USB thumb drives, memberships at any of the high-quality design resource sites and WordPress theme sites, design idea books, or software. I’m hoping for great books on web design/development for mobile devices, HTML5, and CSS3.

The perfect gift for a graphic designer would be a copy of “From Passion to Profit” or ten million dollars. I found it very useful indeed. However, ten million dollars would come in quite handy as well. It’s a tough call.

Sweet! Talk about a Cool prize. Moo has great cards!

The perfect gift for a designer is an iPad or any other tablet where they can take design to the next level, using technology to their advantage. Inspiration and creativity comes in the weirdest places and times.

A gift certificate for MOO is just the best for ANYONE, hobbyist, amateur, entrepreneur….
I’ve purchased their mini-Moo cards and business cards.

50 DIFFERENT pictures/graphics/! All your information goes on the reverse; your art is front and center. It’s like a portfolio in miniature; the printing and reproduction of photos/graphics is STELLAR for such a small space.

Try them, it’s addictive — in a good way.

Definitely could use a MacBook Pro. I’d love to be able to get out of the office! And some cards from MOO would be awesome! Just got their sample pack the other day – can’t wait to try their printing!

The best gift for me for Christmas would be to have all my family in one country as I havent seen my brother or father for over 4 years. Would love to give them a big hug and have a beer with them.

That would inspire me to be truly awesome…
